2. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains what information Gymvado processes when you use the app, our website at gymvado.izematlas.com, and related support channels. It is written to help you understand our practices and to support Google Play Data safety disclosures.
3. Information we process
Account & identity. If you sign in, we process your email address and authentication tokens via Supabase Auth. Display name / training profile fields you enter (for example first name, goal, experience, schedule, equipment, optional body metrics) are stored to personalize plans and coaching cues.
Workout & fitness data. Routines, sessions, sets (weight, reps, RIR), progress metrics, Strength Score inputs, and related training history. Demo mode keeps data on-device for the session; signed-in users may sync selected data for backup.
Purchases & entitlements. Subscription status is handled by the platform store (Google Play / App Store) and RevenueCat. We receive entitlement signals (for example whether Pro is active), not your full payment card number.
Device & diagnostics. App version, coarse device/OS info, crash reports (for example GlitchTip), and analytics events (for example Aptabase) to keep the product stable and improve features. We do not sell personal information.
Ads (Free experience). AdMob (and configured mediation partners) may process advertising identifiers and related signals on Free surfaces where ads are shown. Ads are not shown during active workout logging flows by product design.
Support. If you email us, we process the content of your message and contact details to respond.
4. Why we process data (purposes & legal bases)
- Provide the app — create plans, log workouts, sync, restore purchases (performance of a contract / legitimate interests).
- Security & abuse prevention — authenticate accounts, protect services (legitimate interests).
- Improve reliability — crash and product analytics (legitimate interests; consent where required for non-essential tracking).
- Advertising on Free — show ads where applicable (consent / legitimate interests depending on region and platform settings).
- Legal compliance — respond to lawful requests and keep required records.
5. Where data is stored & processors
Depending on features you use, data may be processed by:
- Supabase (authentication & optional cloud sync)
- RevenueCat (subscription entitlements)
- Google Play / Apple (billing)
- Google AdMob / mediation partners (ads)
- Aptabase (product analytics)
- GlitchTip or similar (crash diagnostics)
- Hosting for this website (Hostinger)
Some processors may be located outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards offered by those providers.
6. Retention
We retain account and training data while your account remains active and as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion (see below). Demo data is designed to clear when the demo session ends. Backups and logs may persist for a limited period for security and continuity.
7. Your choices & rights
Depending on your location (including EEA/UK and similar regimes), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
To exercise rights or delete your Gymvado account/data, use Delete account or email support@izematlas.com from the address tied to your account.
You can reset advertising ID / limit ad tracking in your device settings. You can also sign out and clear local app data from system settings.
8. Children
Gymvado is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
9. Security
We use industry-standard protections appropriate to a consumer fitness app (encryption in transit to our backends, access controls, and least-privilege practices). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. International users & EEA/UK
If you are in the EEA/UK, Izem Atlas LLC is the controller for personal data described here. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Public trader contact details for Google Play are listed in our Terms of Service.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the product or law changes. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in-app or on this site.
